SkinWisely is a U.S.-based online beauty store offering a thoughtfully curated selection of skincare products from trusted global brands. Our mission is to help you make wiser choices for healthier, more radiant skin.
2. Where do your products ship from?
We partner with global fulfillment centers and brand suppliers to ensure efficient delivery. Depending on the product, your order may ship from the U.S. or other international locations. Shipping origin will be noted during checkout when available.
3. How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, SkinWisely ships only within the United States.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can monitor your package’s progress through the carrier's website.
6. What is your return policy?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you experience an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery at sejongitinc01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
7. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. We work only with verified suppliers and brand partners to ensure that every item we sell is 100% genuine and safe to use.
8. I have sensitive skin. Are your products suitable for me?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin, but we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page. If you have allergies or specific skin concerns, it’s best to consult a dermatologist before use.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in the process of being packed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at sejongitinc01@gmail.com with your order number.
